Responsibilities:
- Review and assess documentation from U.S. nursing staff for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to address documentation queries and provide feedback.
- Provide training on best practices and stay updated on industry regulations.
- Analyze data for reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- BSCN degree and valid nursing license in Pakistan.
- Experience in healthcare QA or a related role.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of operating a computer
