Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated TikTok Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok, its trends, and its audience. As a TikTok Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth on TikTok. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative and engaging content ideas tailored specifically for TikTok.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality TikTok videos that align with brand identity and objectives.
  • Analyze competitor TikTok strategies and content to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Engage with TikTok followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive and interactive community around the brand.
  • Monitor user-generated content, hashtags, and brand mentions to identify potential collaborations and content opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers and creators for potential partnerships and collaborations..
  • Track and analyze the performance of TikTok content using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, video views, and campaign performance.
  • Continuously research and stay ahead of the latest trends, tools, and features on TikTok.
  • Experiment with new content formats, styles, and approaches to keep the brand’s TikTok presence fresh and engaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing social media channels, with a strong focus on TikTok.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and viral content on TikTok.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for TikTok captions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content.
