RETAIL RECEPTIONIST

Overview

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills, cloth folding skills, proficiency in English, Highly punctual, Strong marketing skill, Maintains good appearance for the position of a Retail (Boutique) receptionist.

The Retail Receptionist will also be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. They will also assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Receptionist (boutique) responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Proces transactions and handle cash and credit card payments

Requirements;

Degree in any relevant discipline
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment; boutique store is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

 

Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦70,000.00 – ₦90,000.00 per month
