Position: HR and Admin Manager

Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Manager is a dynamic role focused on managing human resources, overseeing financial operations, and coordinating volunteer programs. This position plays a vital part in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring financial sustainability, and effectively mobilizing volunteers to achieve the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining staff and volunteers.
Managing recruitment, training, and deployment of volunteers to support programs and operations.
2. Oversee onboarding and training programs to align personnel with organizational goals.
3. Monitor and evaluate staff and volunteer performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
4. Identify and implement professional development opportunities for team members.
5. Foster a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts and encouraging collaboration.
6. Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
7. Oversee financial reporting, including income and expenditure statements and cash flow analysis.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and statutory obligations.
9. Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
10. Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial documentation for grant proposals and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. 2 years Proven experience in HR, financial management, and volunteer coordination,.
2. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in financial management tools and HR software.
4. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively across teams.
5. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
