Overview

PLEASE NOTE: THE COMPANY ONLY NEED SALES MANAGER THAT ARE INTO INVERTER SALES WITH OVER 5YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability

of the team.

• Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liase with

companies for business deals.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and

ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales

performance.

• Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop

marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.

• Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the

contract.
