Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Coordinate office events and activities as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
