We are seeking a friendly, dynamic, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in providing top-notch chat work to our valued customers. As a CSR for chat work, you will be the first point of contact for customers,  and product-related questions in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on unresolved inquiries to ensure a resolution.
Follow company protocols and policies to provide accurate information and assistance.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
minimum Matric
Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in chat platforms (Telegram tweeter,etc.)
Basic knowledge of Computer
Typing speed 20wpm
