Overview

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and provide support. Your goal will be to engage customers, generate sales leads, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based on provided lists or databases.
Sales Pitch: Present products or services to customers over the phone and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up techniques.
