We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities :::
Accurately enter data into various databases and systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
Conduct research for data collection purposes, verifying the accuracy of information before entry.
Utilize Excel and other office software to organize and manage data efficiently.
Perform regular audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes related to data entry and management.
Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling relevant data as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in Excel and other office software applications is essential.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to pioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with databases and computerised systems for data management.
Basic maths skills for accurate data entry and verification.
Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Previous experience in research data collection or similar roles is a plus but not required.
