Job Title: Logistics Operations Officer
Salary: 100,000 Naira
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Obanikoro, Ilupeju Lagos

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Logistics Operations Officer to oversee daily logistics operations in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, efficient route planning, and excellent customer service. Help follow through deliveries by collating orders, assigning to riders, calling recipients, and tracking orders until delivered. A basic knowledge of bike and vehicle maintenance processes is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee logistics operations, including maintenance, route optimization, and deliveries.
2. Collate orders, assign to riders, contact recipients, and track orders until delivered.
3. Plan and optimize routes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
4. Scout and manage vendors for bike/vehicle maintenance services.
5. Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Lead and manage the logistics team to meet performance targets.
7. Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• 2 years of logistics operations management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns
• Basic knowledge of bike and vehicle maintenance processes
• Experience in bike and vehicle operations
• Strong vendor, client, and team management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
