Job Description: Business Development Manager – Real Estate

 

Location: Ogudu & Ajah

Industry: Real Estate

Salary Range:250,000 – 500,000

Experience:3-5 Years

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including property sales, leasing, and investments.

– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

– Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor landscape.

– Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies for business growth.

– Generate leads and close high-value real estate deals.

– Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasted targets.

– Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure optimal deals for the company.

– Manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

– Participate in real estate events, seminars, and networking activities to promote the brand.

– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry.

– Proven track record in sales and relationship management.

– Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work with tight turnaround times (5-7 working days).

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and business growth.
