The Role:
As a Program/Project Management Intern, you will be at the heart of the Amplify experience. You’ll work closely with our program team to design, execute, and enhance programs that transform graduates into industry-ready professionals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to get their hands dirty to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the Amplify program, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
- Liaison with Other Programs: Coordinate with other Taskwit programs to pair Amplify participants with partner companies for meaningful professional opportunities
- Taskwit Clubs Management: Oversee the establishment and management of Taskwit Clubs in universities, fostering engagement and collaboration among students
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with participants, partner companies, and industry veterans. Act as a point of contact and ensure exceptional communication
- Project Coordination: Oversee team activities, track project milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time
- Content Development: Collaborate on creating and refining program materials, presentations, and other resources.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, track program metrics, and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Compensation: 1000 GHS per month.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a program related to Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in program or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Prior experience in event or program coordination, or related roles is a bonus but not required.
