Job Responsibilities:
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Continually educate employees on company policies.
• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about
issues
• Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:-
• Willing to work As IT Recruiter
• Computer Knowledge. (M.S.office / E mail Writing /Job Portals).
• Knowledge regarding recruitment process.
