Job Title: Sales Consultant (Paint Brand – Dr Smart)

Reports To: Head of Growth

 

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant dedicated solely to promoting and selling our premium paint brand, Dr Smart. This role focuses on increasing market share, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the adoption and distribution of Dr Smart paints.

·        Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and project contractors.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, construction firms, and contractors.

·        Generate 70% to 100% of your sales revenue per month/year.

·        Achieve 20% growth in sales revenue compared to the previous period.

·        Acquire at least 50 new leads per month, follow up with leads per day to improve conversion rates and convert 30% of direct leads into paying customers within a year.

·        Maintain a 95% customer retention rate by providing excellent post-sales support.

·        Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients and distributors.

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

·        Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

·        Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

·        Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and awareness campaigns.

·        Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.

Skill Requirements:

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in paint sales, value-added services, and distributorship acquisition.

·        Strong understanding of the paint industry, market trends, and customer preferences.

·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

·        Ability to identify potential sales channels and expand market reach.

·        Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

·        Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and drive sales opportunities.

·        Knowledge of sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.

·        Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales operations effectively.

·        Ability to travel as required to meet clients and distributors.
