Responsibilities:

– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to client requirements.
– Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate these updates to clients.
– Assist in resolving client issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
– Organize and participate in client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
– Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, communications, and other relevant documentation.
– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Description:
– Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role within the technology sector.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
– Skills:
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
