Job Description
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter tailored to our industry.
• Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content like graphics, articles, social media content, and blog posts.
• Campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and grow our follower base.
• Monitoring: Stay updated on industry news and trends to inform our content strategy.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies based on the results.
• Trend Awareness: Keep up with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• LinkedIn Posts for President: Write insightful LinkedIn posts showcasing our President’s expertise.
• Virtual Book Club: Organize and manage a virtual book club for the company president.
• Email Marketing & Outreach: Assist with email marketing campaigns and client outreach.
• Website Maintenance: Help maintain and update our company website.
• Marketing Materials: Assist in designing and writing marketing collateral like brochures and sell sheets.
Must Haves
• Experience in social media management, ideally in construction or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content tailored to different audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Working knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with WordPress
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Passion for the construction industry and a desire to stay informed about industry trends
and developments.
Nice to Haves
• Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
Home Office Requirements
