Job Description
• Social Media Manager: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure a competitive edge.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Audience Engagement: Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
• Engage in conversations with leads to assess their needs and identify potential opportunities for our products or services.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and user feedback to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and engagement.

Must Haves
• Proven experience as an NDIS Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Nice to Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a remote social media manager is advantageous.
Home Office Requirements
