Client Information
The Client offers co-shared studio spaces for both skilled designers and community members, fostering skill-sharing and mutual support. These hubs will provide the necessary support and facilities to promote the repair, recycling, and production of sustainable garments.

Job Description
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our broader marketing and business objectives.• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in digital marketing platforms.• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid ads.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance success.

• Oversee the creation of compelling and persuasive content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with our brand’s tone and message.

• Collaborate with the content team to produce multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and infographics.

• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and strategies for improvement.

• Generate regular reports to demonstrate the impact of digital marketing efforts on business goals.

• Engage with our community by promptly responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions on social platforms.

• Monitor social media trends and gather user feedback to refine content and engagement strategies.

• Develop basic websites to facilitate interest registration.

• Utilize downtime for education on systems change in the circular fashion and textile industry, potentially including short courses to further knowledge.

 

Must Haves
• At least a minimum of 2 years of work experience in ethical/environmental marketing, behavioral change, or psychology related to behavioral change, or a strong interest in these areas.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Home Office Requirements

· Perfectly working headset and webcam

· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
