Job Description
1. Social Media Management:
– Post engaging content daily on our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement for Art Traveller.

2. Artist Collaboration:
– Contact our artists via email to gather marketing materials and updates.
– Coordinate with artists to ensure timely delivery of promotional content.

3. Content Creation:
– Generate fresh content ideas and create visually appealing posts.
– Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality videos, images, and stories.
– Ensure all content aligns with the aesthetic and feel of the Art Traveller brand.

4. Community Engagement:
– Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages.
– Foster a strong online community and maintain positive relationships with our audience.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
– Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports.
– Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve reach and engagement.

6. Newsletter Creation:
– Create and send newsletters via Mailchimp to our subscribers.
– Ensure newsletters reflect the brand’s aesthetic and feel.

– Starting your day by reviewing and responding to general comments and messages. (non sales)
– Planning and scheduling posts for the day across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
– Reaching out to artists for the latest updates and marketing materials.
– Brainstorming and creating new content ideas to keep our feed exciting and engaging.
– Analyzing social media metrics to track the performance of recent posts.
– Collaborating with the team in a weekly meeting to discuss social media goals and strategies.
– Crafting and sending a newsletter via Mailchimp, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.

 

Must Haves
• Experience in working with social media platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work would be greatly appreciated.
• Knowledge or any experience in the art industry is essential, as we want someone who understands and is passionate about art and photography.
• Keeping audience engaged via our social platforms.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media and dedicated to growing our business channels.
• Experience with Mailchimp and Gmail is essential, and we will provide training on using our back-end platform, Art Logic.
• A degree in social media management or a strong passion for it is highly desirable.

 

Home Office Requirements

· Perfectly working headset and webcam
· Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
· A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
