2. Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
4. Operate independently to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
2. Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
3. Candidates must be under 40 years of age.
4. Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer service roles.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
