Location– Kolkata(On-site) [Full time]

Timings– Night shift (10 PM-8 AM)

Role Description

This is the full time onsite role for customer service executive at Webvio Technologies Private Limited located in Kolkata. The customer support executive will be responsible for taking calls, addressing their problem, providing online support ,and giving our us based customers positive feedback.

Responsibilities

Receiving at least 15-30 inbound calls in a day.
Assist US based clients in their train/Flight  ticket booking process.
Handle clients queries related to their commutation.
Qualification & Requirements

Minimum 3 months of experience in any international sales(Required)
Minimum 6 months of experience in any International voice process (Required)
Minimum 12th pass
Proficiency in English communication must (Required)
Basic computer knowledge
