Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer/Client Service Officer to join our diesel procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless procurement and delivery of diesel products to our clients. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and solutions to meet their energy needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote diesel procurement services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Service:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of diesel products.

Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Procurement Support:

Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Monitor fuel market trends to optimize procurement strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or client service, preferably in the energy or fuel sector.

Strong understanding of diesel procurement and supply chain processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
