We seek an Executive/Personal Assistant who is detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and capable of managing the complexities of a fast-paced executive environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker, have a strong faith orientation, and possess the ability to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoho Books.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively.
• Experience with content creation, including video recording and editing.
• High level of discretion and confidentialit.
