Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our technology team. This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring successful solution delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
● Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
● Support the project manager in sprint planning and backlog grooming
● Develop process flows, wireframes, and user journey maps
● Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
● Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings
● Create and maintain project documentation including functional specifications and user guides
● Configuration and solutioning alongside Project and Product Management
● Support UAT (User Acceptance T esting) planning and execution
● Provide training and support to end users during implementation
● Monitor and report on business metrics and KPIs Required
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information technology, Computer Science, or related field
● 3+ years of business analysis experience in technology projects
● Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
● Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
● Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis
● Knowledge of Agile methodologies
● Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
● Excellent documentation and technical writing skills Preferred
Qualifications
● CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or IIBA certification
● Experience with data visualization tools (T ableau, Power BI)
● Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
● Experience with ERP or CRM systems
● Agile certification (CSM, CSPO)
● Experience in the technology industry
